The ‘I’m a survivor get me out of here’ experience brings high adventure and skills acquisition to your team building event. All the activities are based on real survival experiences – a blend of Bear meets Ray with a hint of Ant and Dec making the event both entertaining and engaging, with emphasis placed of the challenges being suitable for all.
Teams compete at a number of survival based challenges and are awarded golden stars depending on how effectively they complete the challenges. The event structure has a competitive element, just like the TV show. Teams compete against each other in a series of mental and physical survival based challenges, accumulating valuable gold stars, which are attained by way of successful completion of tasks. Success here is not simply the fastest or the most efficient, but rather is judged by the instructors based on team work, communication, effort and commitment. The ‘stars’ gathered can be traded for points, or in some cases food!
By undertaking activities such as building team shelters, creating fire by ‘rubbing two sticks together’, and both literally and metaphorically lifting your colleagues to new heights, we guarantee that you will have a more cohesive team when you return to work on Monday morning!
All activities and challenges are designed to engage every participant regardless of their physical ability, however those who feel the need to be challenged will not be disappointed. All activities will be hosted by specialist bush craft instructors, whose strengths lie as much in their interpersonal skills as in their outdoor knowledge. The event can take place at most hotel venues that have grounds or woodland nearby. Or alternatively we can base the event at a selection of forest locations within the UK.
